Don't think when you are not required to



Whenever you think, you'll have some probability to be not happy, as your mind travels to the past, future and to multi direction and that would depends on which delusion that your mind is mining. Even when your mind think about good things there could also be a chance that non good things be present in your mind those could be old bad memory, or simply as uncertainty of the future.

Whenever you are not required to think, as such in work environment, just don't think, just embrace all phenomena, be aware of all happening inside and outside of your body.  as an example when I'm walking in the beautiful morning, whenever I'm thinking of nothing than just watching everything that surrounds me, no perception, just watching it calms the feeling, i see flower, leaves, the sun, people, etc  as beautiful phenomena. But whenever my mind is filled with my own thought, perception, I lose those calmness.

It's really not easy to be at present moment, to stop thinking, and just be a watcher, it requires a lot of practices.it requires nothing than effort to let go of your thought, see things as common visitors to the consciousness, those visitors shouldn't be attached , they just appear then lost in form of perceptions.
