Don't think when you are not required to

Whenever you think, you'll have some probability to be not happy, as your mind travels to the past, future and to multi direction and that would depends on which delusion that your mind is mining. Even when your mind think about good things there could also be a chance that non good things be present in your mind those could be old bad memory, or simply as uncertainty of the future.

Whenever you are not required to think, as such in work environment, just don't think, just embrace all phenomena, be aware of all happening inside and outside of your body.  as an example when I'm walking in the beautiful morning, whenever I'm thinking of nothing than just watching everything that surrounds me, no perception, just watching it calms the feeling, i see flower, leaves, the sun, people, etc  as beautiful phenomena. But whenever my mind is filled with my own thought, perception, I lose those calmness.

It's really not easy to be at present moment, to stop thinking, and just be a watcher, it requires a lot of practices.it requires nothing than effort to let go of your thought, see things as common visitors to the consciousness, those visitors shouldn't be attached , they just appear then lost in form of perceptions.

AEON MALL BSD

Ada mall baru buka di BSD City yang baru launching per 31 May 2015, namanya AEON Mall, lokasinya terletak dekat dengan perumahan Foresta.

1-2 hari setelah launching mall tersebut rame sekali karena banyak produk yang sedang diskon, dari makanan hingga mainan anak. kebetulan saya kesana pada hari kedua setelah launching.

Overall kalau untuk jajan, saya pikir mal ini memberikan banyak opsi terutama untuk makanan Jepang baik di lantai dasar maupun lantai atas, dan menurut saya yang pernah mencoba salah satu makanan jepang di lantai atas, itu adalah makanpan jepang terbaik yang pernah saya coba.

Selain makanan, anak anak akan juga senang ke mall ini, dikarenakan selain mainan anak juga terdapat tempat penitipan anak yang bervariasi. selain itu ibu ibu pun saya rasa akan senang ke mall ini secara terdapat banyak toko yang menjual barang- barang unik Jepang.

Bagi yang berencana ke mall ini, perlu diperhatikan bahwa biasanya sabtu- minggu sangat ramai dan lumayan macet, dan menurut saya pribadi mungkin yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah jalanan parkir yang kecil-kecil sehingga cukup padat untuk masuk parkiran. anyway It's awesome mall and worth considering for weekend

And how it impact the world financial system those includes the weaker Euro VS stronger Dollar. i think the next few weeks we'll hear more on options available to solve the crisis, my personal view is that there could be a rebound in the stock market as history will repeat just like the past. whenever there's an  known issue, those government are ready  to negotiate and/or printing more money to solve the issue. and stock market will rebound.
